Bending a Customer Out Of Shape

The plaintiff says he was driving his restored Cadillac and it was T-boned, so he took it to the defendant for repair. He says the defendant parked it on the street and got three tickets, and also failed to fix it properly. He’s suing for part of the repair costs and the tickets. The defendant says he did straighten the frame, and the plaintiff waited too long to pick it up, so the tickets are the plaintiff’s fault.
