Navien NCB190H Installation as Warranty Exchange of Condemned CH-180 Combi

Complete rip out and replacement of all boiler components! The existing @Navien Inc. CH-180 lasted 8 years until 04/06/22 when Navien tech support condemned the unit beyond repair and warranting immediate replacement as a warranty exchange. Sadly the homeowner encountered considerable expenses for the replacement - which we document in this video.

Despite not having a signed and dated agreement, Navien is suing Pipe Doctor and Mikey Pipes in arbitration for making "defamatory statements" on YouTube about their products. Mikey Pipes has ONLY POSTED THE TRUTH with video documentation of actual service calls. Apparently, their 2021 Navien Rewards program has a clause that they can sue YOU personally in Orange County, California for ANY reason.
