This may be the simplest boss Jagex has created. Solos give more xp and more reward points than mass games do. Follow this guide, and you will never fail a solo run and can chill back and relax as Tempoross doesn't even attack you.
At level 80 fishing:
65k Fishing xp/h
5k Cooking xp/h
54-60 Reward Permits/h
