CS Ezekiel Machogu tells struggling universities to find innovative ways of making money or sink

Universities will no longer be guaranteed on state funding, if proposals fronted by the university fund are adopted. The fund now wants the amount of funding given to university to be pegged on other criteria other than the enrolment numbers. The fund is suggesting that universities be granted funds based on amongst others, the universities student’s completion rates and their degrees employability within a year.
