The Corporation was a WWF / WWE faction that debuted towards the end of 1998.

Vince McMahon, Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson had been making life difficult for WWF superstars long before the Corporation became a thing. The trio would do whatever they could to get the WWF Championship away from Stone Cold Steve Austin, but as time went on McMahon would get himself some new enemies and he needed more backup. When The Rock sided with McMahon at the 1998 Survivor Series things got pretty serious, and on the next episode of Raw McMahon recruited even more superstars to build his very own Corporate faction. Members of the group included Ken Shamrock, Test, The Big Boss Man, Kane, Chyna and Triple H.
