An image of a Russian FAB-500M-62 bomb attached with a “wing-kit” has gone viral on social media. The cold-war era bomb was loaded onto a Russian Su-34 Fullback combat jet and features pop-out wings. While there are no indications whether the bomb has been modified, the wing kit is likely to increase its capability to reach a desired target.
