MMTLP Next Bridge Hydrocarbons 8k filed, hypothesis

An 8k was filed this morning which brought on the Wolfbone investments to Next Bridge. My math has always taken this into account. There is a discrepancy on the shares though, and I hypothesize the 2 scenarios that this discrepancy would make sense in.
