*Ingredients:*
_For the baklava:_
- 10 oz phyllo pastry dough
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ⅔ cup apple juice
- ⅔ cup mixed nuts, chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- juice & zest of 1 lemon
- chopped pistachios & honey to garnish
_For the dried fruit & nut paste:_
- ½ cup mixed nuts
- 6 oz dried fruit
- ¾ cup oats
- ¼ stick butter, melted
For the raspberry cheesecake cream filling:
- 4 raspberry jello cups
- ⅓ cup honey
- 16 oz cream cheese
