Working On The Businesses & Not IN The Businesses | Dumpster Hustle

There's are a lot of growth pains when running your first small business. Especially when you're not familiar with the industry. You are the boss, owner, secretary, IT and marketing department. It's hard to do that everyday when you're still the only one doing the day to day activities. In my case that is delivering and emptying dumpsters. But in order to grow, I am learning to let go of some things and focus on others in order to build a bigger operation.
