Semi-Auto Increases Damage in MWII?! | (Which Guns Benefit?)

One interesting and confusing mechanic that was introduced in Modern Warfare II is changing the fire mode from Full Auto to Semi Auto will actually increase the damage that you deal with many of the guns. Today, I wanted to share a list of every gun that gains damage from this change as well as whether or not it's worth swapping to semi-auto. What are your thoughts on this unique characteristic in MWII?
