Over the past few years, the fleet of Etihad Airways has gone through quite a transformation. The airline no longer operates the Airbus A330, A340 or A380, and on the Boeing side, the 777-200LR is no longer an active type while the 777-300ER is being phased out. While an ongoing theme for most airlines is that the pandemic was responsible for large swathes of fleet retirements, it's not as much the case for Etihad.
