Caribbean Invest 95 continues to bring flooding to areas, and it could develop into a tropical depression this weekend. Development will be slow, but heavy rain will be close to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. This system will be close to Jamaica in a couple days, and then may move toward Belize and Honduras.
I am watching it closely! If there are any signs of more development, I'll let you know right away! The next name on the list this hurricane season is Lisa.
