After all the sanctions on Russia, the Russian banking system has been taking some heavy damage. Not only did the Russian government restrict how citizens can use their hard-earned money, but the banks themselves started completely losing it, introducing crazy high fees, commissions and pulling other terrible business practices. Among other things, sanctioned banks that had their apps removed from the App Store started creating bootleg apps and uploading them online.
