Former Congress leader and ex-Jammu and Kashmir CM Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that only PM Narendra Modi and Supreme Court can restore the Article 370 as he launched his new party --- Democratic Azad Party --- in Jammu today. Azad said his party will be based on the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and will contest the Assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir.
