Prior to this, navy officers presented Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the guard of honor. "This ship and its construction represent a significant step forward in our aim of creating a really Atmanirbhar Bharat," says Madhu S Nair, Chairman, and MD of Cochin Shipyards.
