Taboo You Must Avoid at a Katana Shop #Shorts

One of the things you’re looking forward to doing in Japan might be visiting a katana shop, if you’re a katana otaku like me.

However before you actually go there is one taboo that I want you to know. It’s handing a katana to someone while randomly holding it.

At a shop you will probably have occasions of holding on to a real katana to determine which one you actually want to buy.

However when the time comes to hand the katana back to the shop staff, you must hold the katana like this for safety. It’s just like when you hand a kitchen knife or scissors to someone.
