Russia and Ukraine have agreed to allow inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he's grateful but wary of the possible diplomatic breakthrough. Charlie D'Agata has more.
