In the world of Naruto, there have been numerous villains introduced throughout the series, some of the most iconic in all of shonen anime and manga, but when it comes to the lore and inspiration behind characters like Orochimaru, the first major villain of the series, and Kaguya Otsutsuki, the final major villain of the series, upon first glance many fans would say there isn't much of a connection between the two, outside of Orochimaru at one point wanting to obtain the power of the kaguya clan, who are the direct descendants of Kaguya Otsutsuki, however, to say that would be a major disservice to the rich writing and world building of Masashi Kishimoto as a mangaka, especially when you consider that the first major villain of the series and the last major villain of the series possess a major connection and the thing that links the two of them is something that nobody has explained here on YouTube before, or at least from what I can see, which is the ten tails that Kaguya brought to earth and Orochimaru have a major connection that is so rich and deeply rooted in the inspiration behind the characters and their behaviours that it needs to be discussed!
