Three dead in Philippine university graduation shooting

Three people, including a former mayor in southern Philippines, died and two more were wounded from a shooting incident before a university graduation event on Sunday (July 24). Police said the 38-year-old shooting suspect, identified as Chao Tiao Yumul, had personal motives behind the crime.
