Harrell has been charged with trafficking less than 5 pounds (2.3 kilograms) of marijuana. If convicted on that count, he could face up to five years in prison. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 13 in Madison County District Court.Mr. Harrell is a devoted family man and a committed professional basketball player and has never been a part of any form of marijuana trafficking or any other illegal activity," Drew Findling and Marissa Goldberg said to TMZ Sports.
