A field divider is a card attached to a frame, also known as a "nose card". It splits your visual field and helps improve fusion as well as saccadic eye movements when practicing vision improvement techniques like the swing or shifting.
I will demonstrate how to make one very inexpensively using a plastic sports glasses frame, some putty like BluTack and a card with two bright different neon colors on each side. We will also look at scenarios where you'd put black on one side.
You can also order the Eyesight Clarity Trainer by Overbound Athletics. They are working on a visual field divider attachment that will seamlessly integrate into the existing training googles. Expected production date is spring 2023.
