AIRBOX produces various types of tangible products by making use of air. It has produced diversified air structures that can be used at schools, gyms and fire stations. “Air Camping Mat” which is one of the main products, is a premium air mat which is made with TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane. And it has implemented a drop-stitch structure.

Drop-stitch Fabrics are a special type of fabric that is woven with tens of thousands of threads. When pumping air into the mat, it stretches out like a panel instead of being swollen like a ball. Therefore, it can prevent the leaning of weight as well as overcome the soft texture of air structures. We explore AIRBOX, which aims to increase the satisfaction level of consumers.
