John lives off the grid to hide from the futuristic machines that had threatened his life since before he was born. When a new android is sent to the present, John is forced to team up with a childhood friend and his former protector. Upon learning that Judgment Day is coming, John fights to stop it even if it costs him his life and his destiny of leading humanity to victory.
