Guidelines and Circulars issued for Crypto TDS (Important for Crypto Traders)

Dear Friends

We have made this video as per the guidelines issued by the CBDT in respect of TDS on Crypto


TDS Liability is shifted to Exchange only when there is a written agreement made by exchange that TDS will be deposited by them.

In such a case TDS will be discharged by exchange and no buyer will be required to make compliance of TDS provisions

However in case of peer to peer transactions or transactions entered outside of exchange, TDS liability will be discharged and cleared by the concerned buyer and or buyers
