Anime Recap - Our story takes place in a world where both magic and technology exist but these two powers have been split into two separate nations, The Nebulis Sovereignty and the Empire have been at odds with each other for the past hundred years. While the Empire was a technologically advanced nation, Nebulis was a paradise for magicians. Iska was the youngest Saint Disciple in the empire's history. But now he has been stripped of all his titles and is in prison for the act of freeing a mage of Nebulis.
