PM Narendra Modi will arrive at Dimapur airport on April 28. He will transit through Dimapur towards Karbi Anglong. He will attend a public rally at Loringthepi and also inaugurate Cancer Care Centre at AMCH. Narendra Modi will also virtually inaugurate 7 Cancer hospitals
