This Basic NYC Apartment Isn’t Flashy… But Every New-Yorker Wants a place just like this for a very simple reason. Its not the finishes, and it doesnt have some feature like an insane roof deck or crazy view of NYC. It just makes sense - its affordable (by nyc standards) and it has a good layout packed with appliances most nyc apartments leave out!
