I have found that this topic is not talked about as much as it should because when I was pregnant myself almost 4 years ago, I realised that I was very unsure and thus began alot of research into medical papers, studies and reports from doctors and dermatologists.
In today's video, I will attempt to help you with some baseline information from which to build your skincare routine, during this very precious time in your life when the concerns are fully focused on having a healthy baby. While I could just list specific products, I want to give you information so that you can make calculated choices and understand why you are making those choices.
