I sign up for the national police academy of Honduras to show you what it takes to become a police officer in Honduras. With little to no sleep, I run laps, do pushups, sit-ups, learn the codes of conduct, and for 48 hours I immerse myself in the most intense experience of my life. I eat, sleep, shower, and cry with fellow recruits.
Today's video covers Day 1: Registration, a harsh welcome ritual that involves running with heavy suitcases, dorm life, the academy barber shop, and a demanding fitness exam that ends at midnight.
