The location is San Cristóbal in the state of Tachira in Venezuela. This city is right next to the Andes and 1 hour away from the border with Colombia. I made it for the feria of San Sebastian which is basically a week long carnival with lots of cultural events but the majority of Venezuelans treat it as a time to go out drinking and partying.
