Go to Income Tax Website
Go to Instant EPAN
Give your Aadhar no and Generate OTP on Aadhar
Enter OTP, Confirm Email id and Phone No
You will get the Acknowledgement for Allotment of PAN

Wait for 2-3 days, PAN Card will be received on Email.
