The storm caused problems with leaving home or work, flooding and blocking roads, and also caused great material damage to the city.
Melilla woke up on Tuesday due to rain, only after 9:30 a.m. the streets of the center, such as Castelar, began to flood, requiring the intervention of local police to control traffic.
There is a large accumulation of water in the Plaza de España, which was the zero point of the flood in Melilla.
In the middle of the Plaza de España, cars were stuck, which, as soon as they crossed the accumulated water, smoked through the exhaust pipe and stopped waiting for the arrival of firefighters.
